Healthy Foods to Eat
"Hmm... which are the healthy foods to eat?"
Do you ever find yourself standing in a grocery staring at food and asking the above question?
A good general rule of thumb to remember is that natural foods are generally best. The nearer a food is to its natural state, usually the better. We were meant to eat these kinds of foods.
There is an unbelievable amount of diet and weight loss programs. There is a steady stream of "cookie cutter" suggestions on how many carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are optimal to consume. It has gotten out of control.
There is no perfect diet and no right quantity of nutrients to eat. Everyone has different body types, metabolisms, and fitness goals. Trying to figure out what is best for you can make you go crazy.
Focus on quality not quantity. A steady stream of natural healthy foods in your diet should give you the vitamins and nutrients your body needs function best.
There are many other foods not listed that are healthy and have tremendous benefits. Life has become very busy. Many of us feel like we don't have time to eat. This is simply not true. You do have time to eat healthy.

- Their convenience. The ease in which they can be consumed without much preparation.
