Free Fitness Routines
“Have some fun with this!” These are free fitness routines that have worked for me. I believe, if you do them consistently, they can work for you.
Consider these different routines as templates that are interchangeable. Add, subtract, or replace any home exercises or bodyweight exercises I’ve suggested with your personal favorites.
Why these free fitness routines can work for you?
Add Variety - Feeling stuck or bored? Most people, who have exercised for any period of time, at some point or other, felt this way. It's important to find ways to remain interested in exercising. Adding variety is one of the best ways to do this.
Save Time - Some people don't have time to get to the gym or they don't have access to gym. It can be hard for some. Some stay home and take care of their kids. Others, constantly travel and don't the ability to get to a gym. Some of these workouts only take 15-20 minutes and they can work your entire body. Some days, if that's all you have time for, that may be enough.
Uncommon - You will likely not find a lot of people performing these different exercises at your local gym. That's because there can be "herd mentality" at gyms, which isn't good, because people have different fitness goals. Also, some of these exercises are not the easiest to perform and people sometimes want the easy way out. It's important to keep your muscles guessing to avoid exercise plateau (i.e. your exercises aren't causing the same degree of change they caused initially). This will cause your body to continue to change at a good pace to meet your fitness goals.
Save Money - It costs money to join a gym, drive to a gym, and drive from a gym, particularly, if that gym is far away. If you are someone on a budget these workouts, as well as, the exercises on this site cover the all the components of physical fitness needed by your body.

Some exercises may be too difficult at first. That's okay. If that's the case, remain committed, and keep working until you can do them. These are not considered easy, work hard and be persistant.
